JANUARY 2020 PATAGONIA ITINERARY
ITINERARY
Day One January 19: Arrive Santiago in the early am and fly to Punta Arenas that afternoon. Drive to Hotel del Paine
Day Two January 20: Fish Rio Serano (potential for big brown trout)
Day Three January 21: Full day of fishing on the Rio Tyndall (mostly Rainbows to 23”)
Day Four January 22: Fish the Laguna (Small shallow Lake with both Rainbows and browns to 23”) in the am and Rio Serano in the afternoon.
Day Five January 23: Full day sightseeing and Glacier visits.
Day Six January 24: Full day visiting Paine National Park.
Day Seven January 25: Fish Rio Penitente ( all browns to 24”) and then on to the wonderful Estancia de Punta Arenas bed and breakfast.
Day Eight January 26: Morning visit the Maritime Museum where you can see replicas of Darwin’s ship the HMS Beagle as well as Magellan’s ship the Victoria among others. This is a fascinating visit! Early afternoon flight to Santiago where you will connect for an overnight flight to the US.
Cost is $4,200.00 not including airfare and tips.
COSTS INCLUDE
- All meals with drinks for 8 days
- Fishing license
- Double room for 7 nights
- Guide, equipment (if needed), flies
- Tickets to Paine National Park and sight seeing tours
- All transportation to and from Punta Arenas and every thing in between
